We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Volunteer Administrator to support the effective operation of the VIC Chapter Committee.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and coordination experience who enjoys creating structure, managing processes and supporting committee operations behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating committee meetings, agendas and action registers

• Managing governance and committee documentation

• Supporting sponsorship administration and reporting

• Tracking key deadlines, calendars and deliverables

• Providing operational support to the VIC Chapter Committee

• A background in the construction sector would be highly regarded

This Melbourne-based volunteer role requires approximately 8–12 hours per month and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a purpose-driven organisation supporting women across the property sector.

We are seeking an energetic and hands-on committee member to support event delivery, sponsorship engagement and strategic planning for one of WP’s most active chapters.

This opportunity is suited to someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys bringing ideas to life through execution and delivery.

Key areas of involvement include:

• Planning and delivering Melbourne-based events

• Supporting sponsorship and partnership engagement

• Contributing to the Melbourne chapter strategy and annual calendar

• Collaborating with fellow committee members and industry stakeholders

• Helping shape engaging experiences for members and sponsors

We’re particularly interested in professionals with a construction background to complement the committee’s existing strengths and industry representation.
